Understanding the Human Predicament – Suffering is experienced by all of humanity from time to time. This is a fact that is out of our control. We can choose to fall victim to the pain from the circumstances of the outside world, or we can choose to do the inner work and gain the strength and resiliency to not let the outside world negatively affect our internal state of being.
